Free Shipping — Always. Every order ships free. No minimums, no surprises at checkout. The price you see in the store is the price you pay.
Processing Time Because each item is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared before it ships.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 10–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier volumes, and customs processing for international orders.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door — or your campsite.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.
Something Wrong With Your Order? If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, we'll make it right. Reach out to us at imcmd88@trailproud.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
